• Land transfer from airport to Balung River Jetty (30 mins from Airport)
• Boat transfer Balung River Jetty to Roach Reefs(25 mins from Jetty)
• Twin share accommodation in AC chalet with attached bathroom and hot shower facilities (basic toiletries).
• 3 meals daily of local delights and hot cold drinks excluding bottled mineral water, soft and alcoholic drinks which are available at listed price.
• 3 boat dives per day within Roach Reefs. ( Extra dive can be arrange to Sipadan and Mabul; please refer to table below for prices)
• Unlimited house reef diving between 6am – 6pm
• Use of fully charged air tanks, weights and weight belt.

1. Payments and cancellations
   
   Payment
   1. A deposit of 20% from the total package price is require to secure bookings. Must be pay within 2 weeks of bookings confirmation.
   2. Full Payment must be paid 4 weeks in advance before the date of arrival.
   
   Cancellation
   1. Within 30 days of departure – deposit non refundable.
   2. Less then 14 days of arrival – 50% of package.
   3. Less then 3 days of arrival – full cancellation.
   
   
2. For application to Sipadan diving, divers must submit detail particulars at least 2 weeks before arrival or Sabah Park approval.
3. Divers must show proof of certification and divers and snorkellers are required to sign a waiver or release form.
4. ALL bookings are subject to space availability.
5. Roach Reefs Resorts reserves the right to amend the above without prior notice.
6. Divers are advice to purchase their own diving insurance prior to trip departure.
